Ms. Vyshnavi is well trained Clinical Pharmacist in aspects like Chemotherapy Drug Mixing, Prescription Audit and Adverse Drug Reaction monitoring and reporting. She has worked at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital (Bone Marrow Transplant Unit). Her goal is to provide better patient care and eliminate the discrepancies in clinical drug mixing process and to support patient on their regular usage of medications by counselling and to follow up on their next visit.
